No. The only portable/handheld version of Minecraft of interest are the iOS/Android versions.

Definitely not without a bundle, and it doesn't look like it's happening, and new contracts would have to be made with MS

While the Vita has the luxury of playing Minecraft on the go, it won't help raise sales mainly because Sony will not advertise the damn thing.

If microsoft let them bundle it, it could help a fair bit.
Sony should work a deal with MS because really the vita isnt a direct competitor to xbox one.
Slightly larger percentage share to microsft, like from 70% to 75% in exchange for a proper bundle.
Get your kiddy minecraft youtubers to advertise the fuck out of minecraft on vita.
It will help.
