PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

I bought the ps4 version to play with the kids. Just turn on the tv and play splitscreen. But yes I kinda regret it now. There's so much missing even without mods and my 5 year old keeps asking to play crazy craft. He rather watches Blitzwinger play that on you tube than play the ps4 version for more than half an hour.
The ps4 version is cheaper and easier to play splitscreen, still a ripoff.

Do you need to buy two copies for pc to play in lan?

it will only work, if they could manage to telly everyone this is a far superiour minecraft version compared to the pocket edition

Probably won't have a significant impact in regards to moving units. But it could become the best selling game on Vita, it wouldn't take much to do that.

They really should make a 3DS port. It could sell a fuck ton there.

Not really. You have to log into your account to reach the main menu of the game. You automatically get your Username  and when 2 people with the same username join a server one gets kicked.

There is launchers and mods that allow you to play in LAN (they kinda create offline accounts. You have to type in the name you want to have each time. Use the same name as last time to load your saved character or type in a new name to start with a new one.)
BUT they also allow you to do so without owning a single copy of the game tho. 

And if you now think "shit that is illegal"  well the only thing Notch did that was not stupid is he allowed people to download "pirated" versions of the game when they cant or dont want to buy the game from the official site.

Never tried minecraft and given its getting a physical release and im collecting physical manifestations of my environment anyway ill definitely give it a punt to see what all the fuss is about.
