No. It's even unlikely with holidays. Definitely not happening, before November 16. Unless Wii U evaporates from the market.

First year = Nov to Nov, and there is no way Ps4 makes 18 million in that timeframe. 18 million is an outside possibility for Nov '13 - Jan '15. It think it will take at least 18 months for Ps4 to sell more than Wii U will lifetime. But I would be prepared to say with absolute certainty that by Jan '16 PS4 will have sold more than Wii U can ever hope to achieve, even with a late gen turnaround of sorts. 

No. I think the Wii U might will hit 18 million at most, but the PS4s first year ends mid november. If counting the one and a half months last year and this entire year up to first week of next year, then yes.

dont know where wiu lifetime will end up i would like to think 20-25M

but as for ps4 sales after one yr which would be end of nov., i dont think it will pass wiius LT whatever it will be, as for ps4s total end of 2014 sales i think they'll be 18-19M so take that as you will

It really depends on the length of the Wii U's life. It may take years to find out so I will say no for now, but I would like to reexamine this at the end of October.

I think WiiU will sell a bit more in his lifetime sales than PS4 in its first year.   Could be 16-18m for PS4 in its first year, and 20m+ for WiiU in lifetime sales.
