i made the other way around, picked the 3k and added the 800%, my math never was very good and now its a bit rusty!

This and variety, I personally am not liking it, and I know a few others who have the same complaints, but we are still playing it... I got mine free with the white console, but gamers dont necessarily give up that easily :)

Also as people have said, it's not like people havent had a chance to experience it, the feedback from the alpha/beta was positive (personally I wasnt sure, but being a gamer, ah what the hell, getting the console anyway with the game).

As for reviews, Dead Island 2 is a perfect case of reviewers generally hating it, and the gaming public ignoring the reviews, it's brill. Personally people should just take reviews with a pinch of salt anyway... why people are so invested in someone else's opinion on a game... rediculous. Destiny is a good example, some people are really loving it, and some are meh... what if you would love it and the reviewer hates it, the gap for this game is like that.

So i think its great that gamers can make their own decisions without being told what to buy.

My first prediction was:

PS4: 475K

XO: 235K

I think that is overtracket, but now my prediction is 550K for PS4, and 275K for XBOX ONE.

ppl i hear that actually play the game really like it,,,and just watch ppl play walkthroughs on youtube, they're having a blast with it.. theres no destiny regret in large numbers you speak of. is that what you want?? --and this white bundle continues to stay near the top of best seller sites like amazon... these destinys sales look like there gonna have decent legs,the majority are enjoying it

Well this proves that the One can sell well, right now it's facing tougher competition from the PS4 but it doesn't have to win the generation to be a success. There were special circumstances and now with the games and holidays incoming, hopefully it continues to get bundles like Nintendo does or include a free game, or better yet knock it down another $50. Either way they had a dry spell of just no games like the Wii U had but now it will start chugging along through the holidays and probably a price drop of $50 during or after the holidays.

Might want to lower that PS4 number. No way is it going to do better than the 360 during Halo 3 month [527,000]. That One number might be low, too. You don't think Destiny will have a larger impact than Titanfall?

Yea, I don't understand why people even say this.  MS has has been playing their best cards since launch.  Discounts.  Free games bundled.  Price cut.  Rinse and repeat.  Yet, it has STILL not won a single NPD this year.  What more are they going to do?  Drop the price to $299 AND have all their big titles bundled for free?  I don't even think that would help, since Sony would just answer with a cut to $349 and people would still prefer it.

I would have expected the dstiny boost in established Xb one markets to be greater than the Tier 2 launch numbers, so I would have thought 50-60K for Europe would be more likely, than a 7K dip. But actually as US sales are reliably 60-odd% of XB one global sales, if the US number is right, then the Number for all of "not US" is actually on point. For markets outside the US to have sold much more than VGC is reporting it would have to mean Destiny on Xb one outside the US is proportionally pushing more Xb one hardware than Destiny is pushing in the USA. If USA gets bumped up to 120K for the week, then I would expect the rest of the world would get bumped up an extra 7-8K.

I can't see Xb one being bumped up in in the USA much more than that. White PS4 bundle and exclusive advertising for PS4, and the fact PS4 is simply selling better than Xb one week in and week out means there is virtually no chance that Xb one gets within 40K of PS4 for the week. So if Xb one gets bumped much over 120K in the USA then PS4 would also need to get bumped.

Are you talking about how they tried to buttfuck consumers and got wrecked for their own stupidity or some other circumstance?

Also, Japan's 3DS numbers aren't half bad due to SSB. NA and Europe are just holding it back here.
