Forums - Gaming - FFXV vs FFV (Graphics Evolution)

It's been 8 years since I played a FF game (FFXII). I skipped the whole XIII fiasco and by the time this comes out in the US it will have been a whole decade. I do hope it is a good game, it's looking the part, but then again FFXIII looked the part as well. One thing is certain though, no hd towns = deal breaker.

Five has aged very well from visual standpoint. Art and design really draw me in.

As for Fifteen? It looks okay, bit plain for my tastes.

So you didn't play FFXIII? I know the internet hates this game with the burning fury of a thousand suns, but I think that people should at least give the game a try, instead of just believing the mass near-hysteria caused by the game =P

So hyped for this game. Hopefully it can release by the end of 2015 at least.

We lost colors in all those years.. :(

The gamer generation that started playing in the mid/late 90s  is allergic to colors. Since then devs try to remove more and more color  because they still want to figure out the "appropriate amount" of color.

Actually there are more  colors now then ever.  It's just that static base colors make it easier for the brain to differentiate things and makes what we're viewing pop out more.
