It's actually pretty difficult to be a male porn actor. You can't blow your load for hours so you're constantly starting and stopping. They also won't take you if you're out of shape and/or have a average/small penis. The pay is pretty shit for men as well.

Plenty of Japanese porn-men are out of shape and/or have an average/small penis. At least from the AV movies i've seen, seems to be an even chance of getting someone who would resemble a Western porn-man.
