No. The NPD results show the sales of a game across all platforms, while VGChartz shows the sales of a game for each console. Since MK8 is only on one console, it makes perfect sense that it would have been outsold by other games that are on multiple consoles.

I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.
