I'm going to buy this game since I've actually been waiting for this version to come out, But I'll pass if it....wait no just made a bet saying it'll be a great port. So I'll actually be getting this game. I'm actually quite excited for it.

If it is a great port I'll buy it too. To help me cope with the humiliation of my first bet loss. :p (I've won 2/2 bets so far)

It's in the sig now:)

We can append that as an extra condition of the bet, haha.

It's not like I want it to be bad, I just have no faith in Ubisoft after their crappy ports of Splinter Cell Blacklist and Assassin's Creed 4.

Sent out to die as soon as the delay was announced. Is going to be sent out to die (all over again) if it launches at full price.

haha, I just hope it's good. I was really looking forward to this game. I was mainly going to use it as a game to get me through summer(along with MK8). Since winter break is like 6 weeks, I guess It'll entertain me through that time.

If it does dissappoint, there's still Bayonetta 2, Captain Toad, Smash Bros, and the first MK8 DLC pack. ;)

I know people like to give Ubisoft grief over this delay but this was honestly all business. They knew that the Wii U version was going to sell the least of the versions and notice how far behind this game was and decided that it was best to cut the Wii U version and focus on it at a later date. Hate them and give them grief all you want, they made the right decision probably. People give them shit for being straight up and tell us that M rated games are not selling on the Wii U to warrant the cost of a port. So they don't plan to port over any more versions of the M rated games. Atleast for the time being. As I just said, this is a business, don't get all upset that a company tells us it straight that the Wii U is not worth the ports any more. They gave the Wii U a fair chance and it failed for them. They may not have given the best of all ports, but they still brought there games over. If you want any future 3rd party support, you should have bought the games. Letting another M rated game to struggling to sell 200k is just more proof to a Dev that the Wii U is no longer worth the effort.

As I said, this is a business, Ubisoft is in it to make money. They came straight out to us and told us that there games are not selling on the Wii U and that they plan to support the console but with only family games since they sell well. I don't like them dropping support but this is how business works.

Well that was a shitty business they did. The Wii U version was one of the more hyped version. Until it got delayed. It would've sold way more laucnhing along side Mario Kart 8. Most people who want Watch Dogs already got it, so Ubisoft just killed it.

no no it wasnt. the preorders were terible evenn b4 the delay

This late port doesn't deserve any kind of support from WiiU owners!  >:(

I disagree, a late port is always better than no port at all. People usually think about how they can "get it for another console/PC", well not everybody can afford a second console or a gaming PC, some people wanted to play Nintendo franchises and bought a Wii U but they can also enjoy other kind of games and is unfair to them to get the short end of the stick just because they don't have the money to ge a second console.

I am going to support the hell out of this game, not only because the Wii U is my console of choice, but because I know at least 500 persons whose ONLY option is to play on their Wii U and they also deserve to play others games beyond Nintendo franchises as good as those are, I am aware that many of them will not have the money to get the game first week, even first month but at least now the have to option to play it and that is always better than no option at all.

VAMOS MEXICO, VAMOS!

Bet with Xander XT:

I can beat more games on his 3DS than he can on my PSVita in a month. Loser has to buy the winner a game on his/her handheld Guess who won? http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=193531

Me!

Sent out to die.

I want to believe that this will exceed many expectations, and will have legs

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

Nintendo fans should be happy instead of insulting Ubisoft.

Better late than never.
