What a waste of 2 billion. Its already out on PS4 so I'm not sure what's the point? Just think how many AAA exclusives MS could fund with this cash. Instead they're going to spend it all on one game that's already out on every platform under the sun. Never change MS.

It's overpriced, but it's certainly not a bad addition if they can iterate on the IP in other ways (Minecraft 2, Minecraft Racing, Minecraft animated series, etc.).

Halo, Minecraft, Sunset Overdrive, Gears of War, Forza, Scalebound ... suddenly the 1st/2nd party is starting to beef up and things like Tomb Raider and Call of Duty being favored on the XBox platform.

Team Dakota+Mojang sound like a perfect match to me. Project Spark and Minecraft could be pretty big.

According to Wikipedia about 40 as of May 2014, but those mainly seem to be scratching their buts 24/7.

Mojang is a one hit wonder and their game is already on PS4/PS3.
