Pretty much what the above in bold says.
We generally don't have any idea what the launch environement would have been like had all three systems launched simultaneously. Wii U may have leeched some of the popularity of the PS4, or vice versa.

Lol, no.
If the Wii U waited a year to launch with the other 2, it would more than likely have better graphic/different functions due to the fact they would have had another year to play with. And the game line-up would have looked amazing compared to what it really did.
