It will be mine once they release a Zelda-themed XL.

Not interested in one.
I already feel slightly burned for investing $200 on my XL. Not going to spend $300 more to experience the other half of the 3DS lifecycle.

I do agree with it being the other half of the life cycle, but in that case we will probably have around a 7-8 year cycle. I don't count on seeing many new 3ds exclusives until 2016.
I want the white one with the Super Famicom buttons (so classic Nintendo), but I want the XL screens, so I'm kinda in a no-rush attitude. I have my Zelda gold XL and it pretty much does the job, yeah I'd like to play Xenoblade on 3DS, but by the time this launches in the West (March 2015?), Xenoblade X on the Wii U will almost be out ... I'd rather play the Wii U game.
I suspect like the DSi + DSi XL this won't have the longest lifespan anyway, I think it's just a way to squeeze the maximum amount of sales out of the 3DS' final couple of years before being replaced in 2016.
I will most likely trade my red 3ds (i have the yoshi xl)
I will wait for more games and confirmations to be announce.
But my friend realllllllyyyyyy loves xenoblade, and he keeps telling me stuff about it. But im already planned on getting the wii u one.
So i need price, more games, and confirmations about everything.
Pocky Lover Boy!
