I have a regular 3ds but I like the xl size better. For that reason upgrading to a new 3ds xl is perfect for me.

I think I'm going to hold off for a while on this one. I'll probably wait for a nice special edition. The new features are cool, but not so cool that I need to ditch my XL right away.

I've been a little confused about the xl. It doesn't have better resolution does it? It's just bigger.

Yes, but I'm not sure which one...
Why???
My original model 3DS has seen better days; I have a dead pixel on the touch screen, scratches all over the top screen, and the left speaker crackles more than a bowl of Rice Krispies...
Also Xenoblade and the changeable face plates make it an even easier decision...

Im buying the XL day 1 for stuff like XBC, MonHun 4 being much better to play on it, can play LoZ OoT 3D in 3D with the gyro. Plus I will finally have 4 3DS's in my house
