Just one new JRPG exclusive will be enough for me. Even if it's brand new IP. I'd be satisfied.

Yep this is the one where they actually announce stuff. Same as last year. 

Well, according to Eurogamer:

"Sony shifts its Japan-centric September conference earlier and earlier each year, to the point that it's now well before the Tokyo Game Show itself."

So this is their big conference, it just doesn't happen exactly during tgs....I just wanted to keep hope alive for TLG

Well I hope they announce I want and that it release soon =p;.. A bit tired of announcing something and wait still more than a year to get it :p.

Sega reveal Dreamcast 2 with Shenmue 3 as launch title.
Earthbound 3 unveiling.
Microsoft cancel Xbox One launch in Japan.
