Tagged. With any luck, we'll get a few surprises. 

I want a Gravity Rush and Soul Sacrifice sequel within 12 months on at least PS4 and hopefully VITA too.

And so we're all set for disappointment.

Anyway some things I believe we may see
Phantasy Star Nova- its Vita's biggest holiday title so they need to push it.
Yakuza Zero- newly announced Yakuza, perfect opportunity to show it off like they did at last years event.
Dynasty Warriors 8:Empires- Again previous game in the series was at the 2013 event so I cant see why this one wouldnt be too.
Gravity Rush 2- has been teased before, Im guessing PS4/PSV.
Gravity Rush- Yes the 1st game, also coming to PS4 for those without Vita's.
Deep Down- Im a bit iffy on seeing this one, it was shown recently and has been delayed to 2015 -_-
Final Fantasy Type-0 HD- Because we need to see this game in action, I need to see this game in action.
One Piece Pirate Warriors 3- Recently announced big franchise on PS3/V/4
PS4 PSN Game- A random indie like PSN game for PS4 by Japan Studio (Rain, Puppeteer, Tokyo Jungle etc.)
Senran Kagura Estival Versus- Because SK2 flopped, this game has to save the series =P
New game announcement- Unannounced game form Bamco, because they announce new games daily =P
Other stuff- Yes there will be other stuff

Soul Sacrifice 2- I would love to see this but I wonder if Inafune has time as he is making Mighty No. 9 right now
Persona 5- We have seen nothing and its out this year
Bloodborne- Sony published PS4 game coming next year from From Software. Arguably part of the Souls series
Resident Evil HD- I know little about this one but why not right =P
Neptunia V II- PS4 JRPG form Compile Heart
Omega Quintet- PS4's first(?) JRPGfrom Compile Heart launching this October
MGSV- Because the more of this the better. Really hoping it makes first half of 2015
