Well then, excellent news so far for Nintendo.

They are both in the second wave of Smash Bros. Amiibo's.

Anybody kno how far apart each amiibo set will be from each other? I kno nintendo wont send them all in at once, im thinking there will be 4 sets, so every 2 months?

What does Amiibo mean?

"At launch, there will be around 10 different amiibo figures available. More will be released during holiday 2014 and throughout 2015"

A) Need to know more about them before I pay $13 for a supplemental figurine for a game(s) that already costs $60.

B) As of E3, it was apparent that even Nintendo didn't know exactly what they were going to be used for. They can be used to make stronger characters in SSB, and they can hold data, that's awesome and sounds like something that could be really cool, but I need more details. They also kept saying they'd be used in Mario Party 10 and Captain Toad, and yet here it is basically September and we still have no idea in what capacity these figures will be used in other games. Not to mention that I'm still not completely sold on their ability to make SSB that much better.

Basically I am waiting for a Nintendo Direct to unleash details and sell me on amiibo.

Ok, im going to say they aren't shipping waves of 12 characters each time (should be around 48 total). Im going to guess 4-6 amiibos will be released every 2 weeks for the holiday with 24-30 before 2015 comes up then monthly release another 3-5 amiibos.

I doubt it. I could imagine them putting out 4 waves with 12 each. Maybe 12 more every 3 months?!

Too many at release would be a bad thing for everyone who wants all of them.
