I'd say it's more like creating a robot to repeatedly press the doorbell, and via a Public Address system, broadcast the resident's increasing ire at not being able to open the door and smash the robot with a lump hammer.

How do they do this??? In the past, I was testing a connection, and was pinging a remote server, my phone ring and I answered and walked away from my pc (Linux), the pinging last for around 30 minutes (time of phone call). A few days later my ISP sent me a mail, saying they detect cyber attack from my IP and I could go to trial and could get my connection down permanently if that would happen again... They do this for hours and days and get away with it?

I noticed this about a week or so. Connection was spotty in some cities, off and on for a couple hours at a time, and then it got worse after a few days. Currently I think it is back to normal in America at least.



 Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

Are you getting some sort of error code when you try to sign in?

Myself and many others had issues signing in on the PS3 about 10 days ago.  If it is the same error code, I can give you advice on how to get you back up online right now.

thanks for your concern but my problem has resolved itself(or Sony did) I was unable to connect for about 5-10min on my PS4 but it worked fine on my Vita and PS3
