Fist it was Titanfall, then it was $399 and now it's holiday 2016. Nothing will change and Sony has their own heavy hitter with the PS4 selling without those games. Destiny and Uncharted 4 will boost PS4 sales in the US far more than Gears and Halo will boost X1 sales.By 2016 the PS4 will be 10+ more in the US alone than X1.

I have a question....why do you think the PS4 sales will slow down next yer while the XB1 sales remain steady? I mean most consoles pick up sales the first 2 or 3 years after they are released so why would these two not do that?
Also even if what you think will happen does happen. Remaining steady DOES NOT help the XB1 pass the PS4 even if it slows down. The PS4 outsells the XB1 WW by like 50,000-60,000 units. It would have to REALLY slow down for the XB1 to pass it up.

Me personally I think the Holidays are a toss up with no clear winner but everything currently favors the PS4.....just my opinion.

Maybe out the gate the PS4 version of destiny MIGHT be 2:1 on the PS4.

But I doubt that will be the case life-time.

The US market is big, but the EU + Japanese market is almost the same size. Its just impossible for X1 to accomplish that without the PS4 lagging behind in the US considerably and X1 having a turn over in EU, wich as an european i can tell you is very unlikely.
