500 GB definitely won't be enough, but you can always upgrade the HDD, no need to wait for Sony to release a newer/larger SKU

On the one hand I really like the idea, on the other hand if you only play on consoles, what to do with an HDD left over?

I guess in theory you could put some games on one HDD and some games on the other and then switch (that sounds like a huge pain in the ass though).  I would probably just let it collect dust.

I wish Sony would allow external HDD like MS.

same, have a 2TB siting around just collecting dust

I think about 500GB on PS4.

PS4 games are bigger than PS3 games, and we have more 5, 6, 7, 8... year more of PS4 .

I really doubt 500GB is enough for the whole generation.

What do you think?

Sony have plans for a PS4 with 1 or 2 TB in a near/mid term future? worth to wait for it?

Has cloudgaming(ps Now) some influence in this? with it i wouldnt need to keep games in HDD?

500gb is enough if you don't mind deleting your games and game installation files.

They have not announced any plans for a bigger HDD and they will not announce any plans about anything before their white Destiny bunde has released.

You can easily upgrade your HDD on a PS4.

So is it worth waiting? They will launch a PS4 with a bigger and smaller HDD eventually, but that doesn't mean that you have to wait for that if there's something you want to play and the PS4 is selling better than hot cakes so it's not getting cheaper anytime soon.

PlayStation Now is only meant to be for PS1, PS2, PS3 games it's not for PS4 games.

Don't copy random editorials.

There is a rumor that a 1 tb ps4 comeing this fall

Well my 320GB PS3 is getting to the point where I'm going to have to start deleting stuff, I don't play hardcore everyday, but I have about 40 games for the PS3. On the PS4 with it's bigger games 500GB won't be enough for me, I'll need atleast 1TB.

u can change HDD but keep in mind that the warranty will void if u changed it.
so u better use 500gb first until the warranty period ends, then upgrade the HDD later.

You can change it without voiding warranty. It has been designed that way, just lift the lid and change it.

ahh ok....i thought Sony won't accept warranty if we changed the HDD. Sorry abt that

yes, to me is enough.

when i finish a game that game i will never touch again so i usually delete from hard disk.

only i keep the games i buy on store.
