wondering how this does when it is released

(Won)Bet with TechoHobbit: He(Techno) says 10 million by January 1,2014 I say 9 million by then. Winner gets 2 weeks of sig control.

(Lost)Bet with kinisking: I say Ps4 will win April NPD while he says Xbox One will win it; winner gets 1 week of avatar control.

You know what I dont get is... Okay, so its releasing on the ipad, great! But why won't they make a wiiU and 3ds version first? Cause it seems to me that people that love Pokemon would at minimum own a 3ds so it seems pretty... Da Faq? Like, wouldn't it make sense to make it for your own device first and then port it to ipad instead of it being ipad exclusive?

I also wonder how much its gonna cost on the ipad

those mobile fans jizz they have alwqays wanted to play pokemon on a tablet(why micromon is destorying the charts right now)

Yes was to be expected. Investors and many industry people have been telling them for years to release their games on mobile platforms. This game's succes on the iPad will be followed on Android and after that the way will have been paved for more games to make the jump.

As far as i know the game is free. Atleast thats the case for the PC version.

I guess it will have tons of In-App purchases though.

The Pokemon Company has been releasing things on iOS for several years now, this isn't a new development. The PTCG has been available on PC and mobile for a long time through a browser interface.

This is just streamlining it into an App.
