If they did the original Zelda I would not be interested though. |
If they use A Link Between Worlds graphics in higher resolution for Wii U, then I wouldn't mind an isometric Zelda maker.
I would be interested in a Mario Kart 8 level editor DLC if priced accordingly and given a lot of options.
Kirby!

I'd like the Advance Wars level creator released standalone. That was the reason I stuck with Advance Wars and its sequel for so long!

I WON A BET AGAINST AZUREN! WOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
:3
I'd say super Metroid and Link to the Past should both be in Mario Maker too.
3D would be too complex for the vast majority of people, it really needs to stay 2D
I would love for 8-bit Zelda and Metroid to get this treatment. Those games are much more complicated than a Mario level as far as design, but if they could perfect the database to where the game would show you that something couldn't be successfully completed because certain items weren't yet placed accordingly, that would be awesome.
I really hope that Mario Maker catches on and does well. When I first heard about it I though it sounded kinda cool, but after actually seeing the treehouse videos at E3 I was sold. It could have the best potential to sell a game (or hopefully, a series of games) to the mass-market with possibly the most intuitive use of the Gamepad so far.
Metroid and Zelda could also be too complex; maybe just make sections of the games, i.e. Zelda Dungeon Maker.

I wouldn't have thought of it, but THIS IS PERFECT! Level creator + online, do it Nintendo.
Not interested in Mario Maker or more things like it. Sorry, I know some would like to tinker with something like this, but how niche can you get? Nintendo talent and resources should go on new games.
