Well. No. They didn't touch the models at all. The controls are pretty much the same, just the controller is different, and the menu is now on the touch screen instead of behind the start button...

The original Wind Waker was cell shaded was it not ? These models arent cell shaded, you cant convert cell shaded models to poligonal ones without rebuilding them from ground up.

OK tk you for the explanation, guess its a remaster than.
To me a remaster is when they only touch up the graphics, remake is when they redo and improve some gameplay-elements which Wind Waker infact does
I put halfway between both, really. They did more than just make it look prettier, but they didn't remake the game from scratch.
