Dunno about that. It's either a remake or a VC release.

For instance, WW HD (which came out ten years after WW came out) featured some minor gameplay improvements (aside from the obvious use of the GamePad.), like faster sailing, for one.

If it's something like Xenoblade or The Last Story, I'll forgive them since I haven't played them yet. A lot of Wii owners bailed after 2010, it seems.

Well, nintendo did create the remaster.

I would think the most likely one would probably be Super Mario Sunshine, considering it would probably be a game that isn't a Wii game and was a decent seller. However, for personal preferences I would be fine with F-Zero GX, Eternal Darkness, or Baten Kaitos as well (especially BK since not many got to play either of those games and they were actually rather underappreciated titles).

I assume you're referring to Mario All Stars, and I'm pretty sure there were remakes before that.

But still, they didn't give us Skyward Sword Remastered or Xenoblade HD in 2012. Even Wind Waker was a decade old when remastered.

Maybe Ultima, or updates of arcade games, but all stars set the standard on consoles at the very least.  And has there been a game remastered more than oot?  Maybe metal gear solid.

OoT wasn't remade a year after it came out.

I feel since they remade Ocarina of Time for the 3DS, they'll stick with that for a Majora's Mask remake, so I'm thinking it'll be a Super Mario Sunshine remake on the Wii U. N64->3DS and GC->Wii U (following Wind Waker).

It's either gonna be ED or Sunshine. My bet is on Sunshine, because Nintendo simply doesn't have the balls to remaster ED, nor to make a sequel for it.
