Of course. All the SK fans sold their 3DS's long ago to buy a Vita and Shinovi Versus =P 

Seriously though, really dissapointed by its sales. Hope we still get it in the west.

If anything, they'd probably want to release it in the west when it fails their sales targets to recoup some of the development cost.

Ultimately, I'd say it depends more on the perfomance of Burst and (stupidly enough) Shinovi Versus (I think Xseed/someone else said as much) in the west than 2's performance in Japan.

As with everyone else's comments, the big surprise this week seems to be Senran Ka-bomba. Well, we'll have to wait for Media Create to see, but it seems to have really underperformed. I do think there was an element of choosing the wrong platform for it, but maybe the age of clothes ripping is over. We'll have to see how Neptunia U performs.

Otherwise, a mixed bag. Dragon Ball seems to have done well. We'll have to see if the legs are as good as the previous release. Ultra Street Fighter 4 seems to have done okay for a re-rerelease. Shin Hayaragami, as well, seems to have done pretty well for a VN that never sold in big volumes to begin with.

Lost Dimension, however, seems to have ultrabombed. Not even an appearance for the PS3 version? Looks like more licenced crap for FuRyu going forward.

If we are conservative and assume that Yoshi and MK8 are stable (although I expect them to drop pre-obon), SK2 is between 20 and 35K, which is twice less than Burst and thrice less than Shinobi Versus. Btw it is outsold by USFIV and probably also by Hiyaragami. In other words, complete disaster for Takaki and Marvelous's management. 

I have lots of projects for Wednesday...

Sad for Lost Dimension but at least it charted...

The best way to find out is to wait for Estival Versus to release I guess. Well, that is if Takaki and Marvelous enventually bother caring about Vita owners...

I feel bad about Lost Dimension, the game looks very good. Hope it has legs or at least come here in the west.

As for SK2, I expected to sell less than Shinovi and Burst, but not THAT less. Hope this means the end of the clothing ripping mechanics because it's getting annoying
