Hi guys! So I've been working on my first game for about two years now, and I've posted a little bit about it on this site before. I'm curious to know whether anyone remembers that.

This is the very first trailer for my debut game, code-named Project Monkey. The game is an obstacle course combat racing game. Pick any one of the monsters and race against another three, using the special abilities and attacks of your monster to get to the finish line first. I haven't coded the AI yet, so the trailer doesn't show an actual race.
This trailer shows three monsters racing through the same stage, each one taking a different route. Khuutra, fastest on land, will use the game's homing jump feature, Obilicleon will use his wall-run ability while Goshawk will fly. This is just a sneak peak, I'll reveal a lot more monsters, abilities and stages as the development of the game progresses.

Well there potential but I think it still requires a lot of work.

Best of luck for your game. As a wana be indie developer I know you have worked hard for this. Wishing you all the success.

No kidding! As soon as I'm free from school. I'm the only one handling the programming, art, levels and game design. My younger brother makes the models and music. So its a lot of work for people learning as they go

Beat of luck man. Hope I'll get to play it someday (:

I've always wanted to be an indie dev, but I'm still in school and there's absolutely NOONE in my area that even thinks about making games other than me. Amateur programming combined with mediocre art does not make a good game XD

For me its the other way around. I can't seem to wrap my head around programming.

For the love of all that is holy please buy fraps or another high quality video recording program!

Youtube video compression is bad, but it's not that bad.

Moving on, congrats! Welcome to the indie club. What engine are you using?

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

EDIT: Gulp, that was just harsh. I'm drunk so I think I better remove that.
