I was thinking of buying it with the current eshop sale but after seing the price point for europe... WHAT? -- so after august 4 this thing will go back to $50 when it costs half that in europe? why? f*ck you too atlus, thank you.

It's a Nintendo game in the US. Raise your grievence with the publisher not the developer :p

Er, no it isn't.

My apologies, apparently it's the EU ver thats published by Nintendo, could have sworn they did it in the US.

So now we have to thank Nintendo for the low price. My disdain for third parties has been once again confirmed.

This is why only Nintendo can make it on their systems! :D

*snort*

It's worth noting though that Atlus in the US eshop has been having all their games on sale on a regular basis, with most games being half off or more.

Damn it! Now we'll never know the European sales!

That is a good deal!

We rarely know the European sales of anything anyway. VGC is pure stabs in the dark at sales figures, as recent German Hardware confirmed.

Stabs in the dark? That's simply false. These are estimates based on a lot of data, not stabs in the dark.

What data do they get for Europe? How on earth did they overestimate 360 sales in German by 50% if they have such strong data?

I don't really give a shit how. It doesn't matter. It's not going to be exact. Mistakes will be made. It's an estimate, not a sales count. It's the best we have until stuff like that comes out that gives a better idea, and while I recall the source you're talking about, I'm not sure I trust it, as I don't know it. How do you know it's as trustable as NPD? Right now, VGChartz WW totals are pretty close to what Microsoft is claiming, so if those consoles didn't go to Germany, they went somewhere. Now if you just want to mock the concept of estimating sales, you don't belong on this site, because that's literally all this site is.
