Rewrite season one ended up being fairly blah, which makes me wonder how it got approved for a season two. Probably the weakest Key adaptation at this point. Hopefully the second season is better, and they iron out the god awful CGI that they were using through this season. All the way into the final episode, every use of CGI was really cringe worthy.

Not so surprisingly, One Punch Man has been confirmed for a second season. No release date mentioned. I guess a smart phone game is also coming.

More news. Orange getting an anime movie retelling the story through Suwa's perspective as well as showing what happens after the anime ends too.

Lol take your time. At the rate the Manga is going we won't see enough material for a s2 until 2018. They could just adapt ONE's version, but they're definitely gonna wait for Murata's redraws to catch up.

Basil pls I'm enjoying the Future Trunks arc and all, but it didn't start nor end this season so it's not really in the same discussion as these that did :p

I guess it's official now. Shokugeki is Anime of the Season. It's the only one that reached 9/10. I stay by my word when I say it really is the perfect shounen anime. Sadly I cannot give it the 10 due to the inherent weaknesses of being 100% shounen. Together with Haikyuu and Nanatsu no Taizai it is the new front of modern shounen animes that all others have to measure up against.


Now let's hope we will finally have our first 10 this year in the next season. The chances are good.

Odds are yaoi will be drowned by yuri and otome media...

Ep 19 of Sousei no Onmyouji goes into full Claymore mode. I like it. It's not the best anime overall but it tries really really hard, which I can acknowledge. Who knows, maybe it can fight its way to a 9.
