 I have only seen were 2 series of  that has those supposed "worst girl" on that pull were the one's i rooting to get the protagonist and were the one's that won in the end so i am voting for other.

I couldn't care less about Hayate or Fate. Nanoha herself is best girl. Did you not see the ending of StrikerS? She pretty much single handedly destroyed the enemy. Yes the others had fights too but she took out 2 of them with ease and stopped OP vivio.

So recently, I have rewatched quite a few Ghibli films and noticed something pretty interesting..

There seems to be a lot more added dialogue in the English dubbed versions that compared to the original Japanese audio track. I watched the videos in Japanese but the English subtitles are synced to the English Audio track and more often than not, there are a lot of added parts where nothing is said in the Japanese version

Most noticeable where Spirited Away and Kiki though I saw parts in Laputa, Nausicaa, and Totoro

In Spirited Away, when Chihiro follows Haku to meet her parents (that are turned into pigs) that whole segment is silent in the Japanese version, where Haku babbles on and on in the English version. He tells her not to go there by herself and to memorize the pigs of her parents (which is not said in the Japanese version) After that scene when Haku flies away, Chihiro says 'Haku' pointing out that he is indeed a dragon, but is only implyed in the Japanese version.
I feel the added dialogue guides the audience to help them understand what is happening, but honestly, i think it's better if it was left out. It makes Chihiro solving the final test a greater feat and saving Haku the Dragon later makes her really smart

In Kiki, Jiji gets a LOT of extra dialogue, making Jiji look really sassy where in the Japanese version, a really cute familiar :/    

Just my rambling but is pretty interesting to see the differences.. makes it seem that the Western audience isn't smart enough to figure things out themselves or maybe that it's targeted towards younger people

I don't fancy overpowered characters with a perfect winning streak. She goes in the same batch as Ms Mary Sue Dragon Princess...

.... I'm sorry but Nanoha had so much potential as a child that as far as i'm concerned her being a broken as hell person as an adult just makes sense. Nanoha in 3 months overcame fate who had been training like mad since her clone birth. She is like Goku in that regard when it comes to her potential, its limitless. The difference is, instead of shoehorning in OP people the show makes use of its already established power gap to show you why she is an Ace. Heck the entire point of being a Striker is being able to take down an entire force by yourself. You are supposed to be happy to see her grow from the high potential 9 year old into the super badass adult. anyway that's all on you. You are the "shounen" lover where somehow there is always someone stronger even when you've obtained the power of a god, there is still someone bigger than you out there. Yes makes sense. Anyway I'm done with this convo. I do not agree that there should be people out there stronger than nanoha unless it is established that they are crazy strong in some regard like how vivio was built up or the book of darkness. But the fact that nanoha overcame a threat on the level of the book of darkness (vivio) by herself is supposed to make you happy that she has grown to that extent.
