Xbox One won't receive that that much of a boost in other countries, it's too overpriced.

Depends on the bundle available.
The Nintendoland Premium bundle has been priced at $250 for awhile, but it's difficult to find. You'll more likely see the Mario & Luigi or Zelda bundle at $300.
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016

I think it would do more harm than good for Microsoft to reduce the price of Xbox One twice within a few month period. It would really hurt consumer confidence in the product. Going from $500 in November to $400 in June to $300-350 in the fall would give Xbox One a lot of negative press by making it seem like Microsoft doesnt have faith in the product and would really make it seem like an inferior product to PS4 and early adopters would probably be pretty pissed and potential buyers would think if they just wait a few more months then a 3rd price reduction to occur.
Im going to go ahead and say there is no chance of an official pricecut happening this year, most likely we will see some nice bundles and holiday deals from retailers.

Again, there was no real price-cut. MS just made Kinect optional.

Context-free? Does this sound familiar? I gave you a reason why the x1 wont sell, you gave hopes to why the x1 will sell more and asume wii u will just do nothing.

Yeah, but is funny that 3 month ago the people have sais "Wii U DoOooOooOm" and now sell more that XBOX ONE. Yeah, on september XOne will sell more, even on October, but on November the challenge will be interesting, and on December Wii U will win. |
I don't think WiiU will win December. MS always understood how to sell their systems until the end of the year, with ridiculous prices and bundles to move hardware. Not sure if they will do so this year but if WiiU has to watch to keep it at a distance as it could happen that Xbone will close the gap very fast.
It takes genuine talent to see greatness in yourself despite your absence of genuine talent.

The lowest official price of Xbox One pre-June was $500, the lowest official price of Xbox One is now $400, it doesnt matter if its a real or fake price cut, the fact of the matter is that Microsoft reduced the price which is what I said in my previous post.

Wii U (a console available WW) just got arguably the biggest Nintendo exclusive meanwhile Xbox One just got some multiplats that were available on 4 other platforms... not to mention the Xbone isn't even out WW and is still more expensive with the price cut...
I think it's super adorable that Nintendo fans are making a big deal out of this, Wii U is still only barely outselling the One which is not a good sign, things are going to get pretty bleak in the future if things don't improve. Best of luck to the Wii U.
The great thing about saying X1 will outsell everybody because MS knows how to sell on holidays is that Nintendo do that even better... before DS being discontinuated and Wii forgot who won all the holidays??
Sony will be barely on top because it is selling too much more than the others, but MS and Ninty will have a great holiday with close numbers.

Good comment... although I do not agree.
If it was left up to the "regular" video game industry nintendo would probably hold out for another 2-3 years, but its not. What we have is that the xbox is lauching in china which no one can really predict. In fact it might be such a boost that it catches the PS4 until it launches over there. China is probably gonna determine who wins the selling match for all 3. It could quite possibly be the biggest part of the industry for all we know. Until nintendo announces their wii U plans for china nintendo is a definite 3rd. I am a huge nintendo fan btw. If they announce they are moving into china by summer 2015 and launch with kart and smash and launch their older games along side their newer ones they can 2-3 big games a month which could lead to a nintendo dominated china of course that is only if they launch there.
