Nope, I wont get Uncharted 4 like graphics on PC. No studio on the planet like Naughty Dog.

The holy grail of graphics Crytek will be finished in a few months so what will PC gamers boast with next? Skyrim mods?

Yeah, you won't get Uncharted 4 like graphics on PC, you'll get much better graphics.

I am yet to see graphical fidelity of this quality on any 'master race' hardware, not to mention this is running at 1080p and 60fps. If you tried to do this on a 400 or even a 600$ PC it would probably explode

Even if it is real-time it isn't what you'd see in game. The PS4 has already proven it cannot handle that. You can use an engine to render a very detailed small scene. Doesn't mean it'll work well past that. Naughty Dog is also known for fudging the graphics of a game in trailers.

It was already confirmed to be in game by Corinne Yu (the programmer in ND, one of the best in the buisness) and multiple other sony insiders on gaf and b3yond forums. They are done with pre renderd cutscenes because they need to save space on the disc since they were already having these issues on TLOU:R, so everything you see is in-game in 1080p at 60fps !! :)

We are still not seeing what these consoles can do, I think 2015 will be the year when X1 and PS4 show their respective capabilities.

Personally, it is seeing the games I want from studios I like on a new generation. I want to see "Ratchet and Clank" or "Tales of" realized on this new hardware or see what Media Molecule have in store next. PC gaming is fine, but there are so many games I enjoy on consoles that cannot get on PC.

No it is in-engine. She didn't say ingame. She said in-engine rendered.  So quit calling it in-game. There is a difference.

Carl is pretty fast, but a certain someone is faster

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

This was a bad example. Newer cards have a much lower TDP with the same power as the 480. Refer to the 660 on this list. By the way the watts shown are full system usage. Not just the cards.

In fact just to prove how misinformed your post was. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1130?vs=1135 750 ti is very similar to the 480. The 750 ti has an entire system usage of 184 Watts in Crysis 3. While getting 1080p and near 60fps.

The whole video is pretty mcuh bulls**t, in fact your post proves this because a 750 ti performs comparable to a hd7850(ps4 gpu) in benchmarks. And a 750 ti does not do 60 fps in Crysis 3 with the highest settings:

Mods should have closed this thread, its flame bait.

PS4 and X1 are decent machines for $399, simple as that.

as a game-developer i can only laugh at people who really believe UC4 is going to look like that.
sorry to disappoint you, but a game with such details in gameplay is next to impossible to produce. this has nothing to do with the power of the console (which it don´t have anyway), but much more with the cost involved to produce such a quality throughout the whole game. sorry to disappoint you all, but UC4 will probalby look like UC3 meets Infamous SS. Not better and not worse.

To be perfectly honest, I haven't seen anything much better looking, in regards to character models, than Drake's UC4 figure. Environments/detail/AA/AO/DoF can't be compared yet, but that trailer really did blow many of the PC's top lookers away.

Of course, I need to see some game-play, but then, after what I've seen from The Order: 1886, I'm not too concerned with the PS4's capabilities.

The problem is, Drake's Uncharted 4 model isn't close to what it will look like in-game. A big difference between a pre-release cutscene and actual gameplay.

PC has been doing next-gen visuals since Syrim came out with mods almost three years ago, and it will only get better and better. Imagine what the next Elder Scrolls game would look like with mods on PC? Much better than anything the current consoles have to offer, almost guaranteed.

the PS4 and Xbox 1 are nowhere near the 7xx / 7xxx series those are high end PC GPUs.
