I think Mario Kart 8 and Smash Brothers will be the biggest system sellers the Wii U sees personally.

Fix'd.

Thanks :)

I don't know about Bayonetta. Pre-orders are bound to increase in the US, and there's enough hype. The first game also sold decently, about 2 million.

As for Zelda, that game has a lot more going for it than Skyward Sword.

1) Fans were asking for a non-linear/open-world Zelda, that's what it is.

2) Skyward Sword required you to use Wii Motion Plus, lots of Wii owners didn't have that.

3) Skyward Sword released at the very end of Wii's life. This one is 3 years in on a console that will have a 5-6 year life-cycle.

We'll see about Bayonetta I guess. I'm not sure it'll do a whole lot better than other platinum games. As far as Zelda is concerned like I said it's a wild card, but the Wii U isn't lasting 6 years, not the way it's selling.

Arent you forgetting DKR2?

I never said DCR2 would move hardware. I said it would most software, which it would.

I think that Mario Kart 8 is going to be the all time most successful game on the wiiU. I think this year is wiiU's best year, with Mario kart 8 out, and that tending to be Nintendo's best selling series, historically speaking, and SSB which is another best selling series for nintendo. Zelda U (can't believe it's called that) is the only game that I think will be very successful in 2015. Splatoon may be very well, or it may not. It looks interesting, but I could imagine that not that many people are interested in it. New IP's also tend to not do as well as established ones. As for bayonetta. It had very little appeal when it first came out, selling barely over 2 million units on 2 consoles, when both had a sizable install base (not sure on the exact 2009 numbers). I don't see it being a huge system seller second time around.

Smash will surely carry momentum into 2015 and there will be other games as well.
Zelda will push some units and hopefully Splatoon as well.

Edit: Was Wii U needs most in terms of games is variety. They need more from other different types of games. Ie) Yarn Yoshi won't push much, but games like Hyrule Warriors for Japan and RPG games will. Wii U just needs more variety. I've accepted the sales of the Wii U, so all I want are the games :)

Oh thank God. I thought that Zelda was above the naming scheme of just calling a game it's title and then the name of the console.

I definitely think Wii U will do better in 2015. These games help differentiate it from the PS4 and X1, which is a strategy Nintendo needs to stick with if they want the Wii U to keep going. If they get more games on the Wii U for 2015, then the Wii U should have a nice year all around.

I think it will i mean this year sales have improved and it's beating the Xbox 1 so now i would just like to say........Take that Fanboys!!Dying huh?!Look's like it's doing great now and alive in the 2nd place!!
