Id go with nathan drake propably... To be fair though, not a lot of games put effort into making the males attractive so its pretty slim pickings unless we are talking about spiky japanese schoolboys with blue hair and child faces on late teens upper bodies... At least they somewhat try the female characters even if it only amounts to giant bewbs and provocative combat outfits.
