From what it looks like virtually no one on Xbox is playing the Beta.

 

Its bizzare how different this thread is once the Xbox version released. We had dozens of Playstation user giving feedback and discussion and yet there has been less than 5 opinions on the Xbox Beta.

 

I have a code for the Xbox version but I haven't installed it, been too busy playing the PS4 version with some friends.

Agreed. In the Alpha he honestly sounded bored and lacked any emotion. I'm glad they were able to fix it.

Maybe the Xbone and PS3 betas are still running the old dialogue. He sounds extremely bored on those platforms and like he is just reading verbatim from a piece of paper with no emotion. There is a scene in the strike mission where you have to fight that huge tank type thing and he just says something like "the door is..... right behind all those devils" in a monotone voice. Or when you return to where you got the ship "we escaped the fallen once... we can do it again" monotone. Almost makes me miss Claptrap.

The MP voice acting is almost worse. 

It was much worse in the Alpha. Maybe they'll update it again if Bungie sees people aren't satisified with the voice acting.

I'm just going to go ahead and say it for the Xboners, since everyone wants it to be true so bad. Destiny isn't anything new and spectacular. There are so may shooters on Xbone that have better mechanics and there isn't much to invest in ATM with Destiny. The controls are a little sloppy.... blah blah nobody cares. Destiny sucks because its PS4's hype game. Politics wins.

Now we can go on in life.

I think they should auto party you with people that you are doing co-op stuff with. I think it just makes sense



Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
