Maybe the Xbone and PS3 betas are still running the old dialogue. He sounds extremely bored on those platforms and like he is just reading verbatim from a piece of paper with no emotion. There is a scene in the strike mission where you have to fight that huge tank type thing and he just says something like "the door is..... right behind all those devils" in a monotone voice. Or when you return to where you got the ship "we escaped the fallen once... we can do it again" monotone. Almost makes me miss Claptrap. The MP voice acting is almost worse. |
It was much worse in the Alpha. Maybe they'll update it again if Bungie sees people aren't satisified with the voice acting.
