It's the testosterone. And he probably had trouble performing last night. Let him be.

Good one, Gergroy. Now you have been rejected by someone who was rejected by (half) the country. Builds character.

That's pretty lame. I really have no problem with someone politely declining but to be rude about it just makes him look fake.

He is the one who made himself into a public figure, it's too late to cry about that now.

Who are you to expect to be treated politely? Be a bit more understanding of the lives of others. People usually have a reason for being rude.

Just looking at this from a different view point.

In this case he likely doesn't know whether Gergroy is a fan, a detractor, or just somebody who thinks it'd be cool to have a picture with a man who could've been president.

Though Romney's subtle contempt for the unwashed masses certainly played a role in his downfall. That's why it's hilarious that some Republicans are even thinking of nominating him again. The right candidate could have smoked Obama, given the anemic recovery and uncertainty about the ACA two years ago. Romney was... not that guy.

Wow.  This post.

I'm just making a hypocritical statement about not being critical about the actions of other. Ironic, considering that being critical is kind of what I am doing.

The point is, I think the right thing to do is treat anyone with kindness, no matter what they do.

A lot of politicians conveniently forget who elect them into office in the first place.

No, I assure you, politicians are extremely diligent about pleasing the donors who finance their campaigns.

I am no Romney fan, and did not vote for him, but I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, he may have just been having a bad day.
