Pretty hard to predict a new IP, but here goes:

Mr. Hound And The Villagers

I guess now that most of the tentpole titles are out they'll start to mix things up a little - more Mario, Pokemon etc. seems very likely, but hopefully they'll be stuff like Advance Wars, more Fire Emblem maybe. Some interesting spin-offs like Pokemon Conquest would be nice, plus there are still some real 3rd party juggernauts still to come potentially - possibly Dragon Quest XI, though that one's up in the air when it comes to platform.

I’d like to see more games from Intelligent Systems after they’ve done codename steam, like a new Advance Wars and Fire Emblem.

I’d also like to see a new Golden Sun from Camelot Software, as well a more VC games and more systems on the VC like SNES and GBA.

Like, total? Because then sure. First-party? Errrrrrrrrrr..............

They might have to open up a can of sequels rather than sticking to the "one per system" tradition.

I'd be highly surprised if they weren't already working on a new Fire Emblem, following the rather surprising level of success Awakening is enjoying.

There may also be more Wii ports around the corner, as some of that system's hardcore offerings sold rather poorly and could do with exposure to the 3DS crowd.

I hope they'll release Flipnote 3DS by then

-Another Kirby platformer (DS got so many spinoff ones)
-Fire Emblem
-Advance Wars (please!)
-Custom Robo (I know it doesn't sell but please please! Make it, Noise!)

-An RPG from Camelot (I'm down with it not being Golden Sun)
-Flipnote 3DS
-WarioWare
-Majora's Mask 3D or another Zelda game (eh)
-Handheld Pikmin
-Pokemon spinoff #554 (Conquest 2)
-Helping Level 5 bring Yokai Watch west
-Handheld Metroid
-Rhythm Heaven (awesome!)
-SNES and GBA Virtual Console
-Something new...

They should try to get the rights of the CING IPs (Hotel Dusk, Last Window, Another Code), hire some of the talents who made these games and make some new Kyle Hyde games and Ashley Robbins games for the 3DS.
