They might have to open up a can of sequels rather than sticking to the "one per system" tradition.
I'd be highly surprised if they weren't already working on a new Fire Emblem, following the rather surprising level of success Awakening is enjoying.
There may also be more Wii ports around the corner, as some of that system's hardcore offerings sold rather poorly and could do with exposure to the 3DS crowd.
