These games are never coming and it's time to just move on. Even if they eventually release, it surely won't be so soon.
Probably... My Prediction is TLG will release along side Half Life 3 making it one of the best years of gaming and FF15 will release in this generation but with a Lightning Cameo

I think FF15 will release next year, late thought.
But The Last Guardian is stuck in limbo. So 2016 we might hear something about it.

The Last Guardian is cancelled. Final Fantasy XV will release by 2016.... hopefully. Although I don't know what to expect with Square Enix anymore.
FFXV fall 2015 in japan early 2016 world? idk we will see at TGS anyway
If we don't see anything for FFXV at TGS, then I'm pretty confident the won't release before 2016.
I have no idea about The Last Guardian.
When thinking about games that will never release, remember the fact that Gen 3 remakes are a go.
