I really need a 2DS quick! I just want it for OmegaRuby.

Anyways who is excited for this game? It looks badass. I really hope they keep the music from the originals. Does anyone know if they are?

I liked the original pokemon ruby and sapphire because it focused a lot on the nature of the game rather than genetics of pokemon. Some cool charles darwin on the pokedex!

Also the last pokemon game I played is Pokemon White. Do the new games (x/y) still use the sound sprites?? Or is it more like the cartoon where the pokemon say their names?

I really hope the remake has a lot more pokemon than the original. I would like to "catch em all" just on thenew game if i get it rather than having to buy x and y.

Are you guys getting one of these? I really hope i can find a cheap 2ds on craigslist!

I'm not really excited. The original Ruby is the last Pokémon game I finished.

I bought X at launch, but played it for only a few hours. I might continue it soon.

Hell yes. Ive been waiting YEARS for this remake to happen. Its my fave region, with my fave amount of Pokemon designs, most interesting villains, etc. It is definitely the most hated main series gen sadly v.v it was so tropical and pretty though, and Meteor Falls puts most other Pokemon themes to shame

OT: Hell yeah I'm excited. And to answer your questions: They're remaking the music, but they're keeping the trumpets. Only Pikachu says his name. And I'm pretty sure you can't catch'em all with just OR/AS.

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.
