What was I playing on my PSP all those years I wonder? There must have been something that made it by far my favorite 7th gen system...

Seriously, I'll never understand such statements made about the PSP's phenomenal library.

Consoles always have very few games their first 1-2 years on the market. Nobody is usually saying 3-4 years into a consoles life that it has not games. You seem to just always be remember the first few years of each console release.

Not entirely true, Xbox people said that at one point and to be fair the PS2 had something of a slow start, if I remember correctly.  

But Sony has proven time and time again with all consoles except the Vita that they understand the value of pacing themselves and spreading their quality releases out over a period of time.  PS3 was the perfect example of a slow start but the best end of all consoles.  Up until 2009, it was kind of trash, but the years between 2009 and 2013, it was the top console by a wide margin, at least in terms of quality and quantity of games.  both the Wii and Xbox 360 had great starts but stuttered in 2010 and just basically never recovered.  I'd argue the Wii's streak ended in 2008, at that point the games trickled out (Donkey Kong Country Returns, NSMB Wii, Skyward Sword)

Damn even when Playstation is dominating the fans are in defense mode :P (I'm kidding)

Like every console, the games will come. Obviously "no gaemz" isn't literal.

Well people are entitled to make any kind of statements they want no matter how ridiculous they sound/are. So I can say that the ps3 never got any games, that the 360 was 10x better, that nintendo handhelds never had any good games and that Ninty has made only one good home console game since the 90's. Why? Cuz I can. Freedom of speech means that everyone can say what they believe and all you can do is have discussions with people you think are worth discussing. If you see an object as white and someone tells you is black, their is no point arguing. If they say it's gray, then maybe.

You seem to fail to grasp the concept of objective and subjective standards. The PSP had hundreds of critically acclaimed titles therefore you can subjectively say that you do not like the PSP's library but you can not objectively state that the PSP never recieved any quality games because it is simply an indefensible statement. To put it into simpler terms, you can claim that the PSP is light grey but you absolutely cannot claim that it is snow white.

Sony has the best games.
