Of course if it is on one console and not the other then between the consoles mentioned it is exclusive to one but not to the other. People only claim it to be different when it doesn't fit their "agenda". Now I look at it more as a MS/Sony/Nin exclusive rather than a console exclusive.

For some it's when the argument suits them at the moment. For me personally no I don't count games like Final Fantasy XIV and Titanfall as exclusives.
