What's your favorite Third Party Wii game?

Out of the few good ones I've played (Not saying there aren't good ones, I just haven't bought many good ones), mine is Sonic Colors!

Rayman Origins, but Sonic Colors is defintely up there

Does the Trauma Center series count?

Probably No More Heroes.

Yes. As long as It's on the Wii and It's not published by Nintendo, it counts.

Then Trauma Center: New Blood. Great story, great characters, great gameplay, and overall sense of accomplishment when playing.

Plus, 2-player mode let my friends inject the drugs, apparently their favorite thing to do....

How come you weren't sure if it would count?
