I was not remotely interested in that game. It's probably one of the better indie games Sony showed off though. If I want to play a sci-fi game where you have to explore alien planets I'll just play the Metroid Prime Trilogy. :)

Wow.........

such blind devotion is simply amazing.

you think that yoshi and toad games are big budget games? lol.

They have talented people working at them, the games look fantastic graphically and we still have to see how long these games will be. Yes, these games have bigger budgets than any indie game. Never said a game has to have a humongous budget.

what about ori and the blind forest? journey? limbo? those have very talented people working on them, look fantastic graphically and have decent sized budgets. what about No Mans Sky? that game makes toads castle look shamefull scale wise, yet it is only made by 4 people.

Don't like any of those games. Captain Toad Treasure Tracker isn't about scale, so it's not very impressive to beat that lol. Not sure if you grasp the concept of different opinions and game genres.

We'll see what the reviewers think about Captain Toad, I'm sure they'll love it.

oh i am full aware of different opinions. you are the close minded one here, you are the one who described indie games as "not real games". claiming that you like big budget games. you prefer "real meat" for your buck apperantly yet here you are favoring nintendo, a publisher that is very well known to keep pumping out mini game collections. nintendo land, game and wario, wii sports. heck, the mario party games are reaching their 10th installment.

if you like big budget games then you should probably go to Playstation or/and Xbox. the amount of big budget games on their platforms is staggering. games that arent on Nintnedo console's mind you. Metal Gear, Uncharted, The Last of Us, Gears of war, Watch Dogs, GTA, Red Dead Redemption, Dark Souls, Destiny, TitanFall, battleField,  The Witcher,  Call of Duty, Need For Speed, Infamous, Gran Turismo, Mas Effect, Heavy Rain, God of War, LittleBigPlanet, Halo, Forza, FarCry, Fifa, Assassins Creed, The Elder Scrolls, Resident Evil, Tomb Raider, Diablo, Bioshock, Borderlands, Mortal kombat, Dead Space, Batman, Fall out, portal, Dead island, Dead Rising, Max Payne. and so so so much more.

the amount of big budget games on both platforms is staggering, its just huge. plenty of diverstiy and so many quality tittles. the best developers in the world have many games on them, i heavily advise you to make the switch, so many Real games on there that your mind will be blown, much more the WiiU.

I've never bought a Mario Party game, didn't buy Nintendo Land, didn't buy any Warioware games. It's my opinion that indie games aren't full games, I rather play retail games. What's it to you? Most gamers prefer retail games over indie games.

I never even said I like high budget games. There's a difference between a budget of €100.000 (you're typical indie game) and €10.000.000. The latter wouldn't be considered a high budget game, but it's still possible to make great retail games with such a budget.

Those high budget games you mentioned spend most of that budget on marketing. ;)

The games I do own for my Wii U are the following:

Super Mario 3D World

The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD

Batman: Arkham City

Rayman Legends

Pikmin 3

Mario Kart 8

Good luck finding better indie games than those. Keep thinking Nintendo games are all cheap budget games, there's plenty of content in the games I listed to keep you busy a lot longer than your typical third party game. Arkham City and Rayman Legends were definitely the weakest games of the bunch. Can't believe Arkham City was one of the highest rated games on PS3/XBOX360. It was a fun game, but it looked like ass and did get repetitive at times. :) And I didn't like the Murphy levels in Rayman Legends.

In my opinion you're not a real Nintendo fan if you say you only like big budget games. He's probably a MS/Sony fan in disguise.

Never said I only like big budget games lol. But there's only so much you can do with the budget of an average indie game.
