Impossible! Everyone knows Sony is all about "teh gamez" and that they have the most / best exclusives.

I especially like the "Time Spent" charts... Sony had the longest conference and spent nearly half of it doing something other than showing games. Remember when M$ got all kinds of crap for focusing on stuff other than games at the XB1 reveal show last year?

Sony - 58 minutes

MS - 60 minutes

Nintendo - 31 minutes

I was saying this... time spent not talking about games...

M$ - 30 mins

Sony - 50 mins

Oh, and I forgot about The Order, thanks for reminding me :)

Thats a very slanted way of looking at the data. And honestly makes you either come across as bias or not very bright...considering the data is right in front of you.

You focus on time not spent talking about games then conveniently ignore the facts that makes that understandable or explains why.

  • Time spent talking about games were similar between sony and ms. Only 2 mins difference. MS got heat cause they spent an "entire" reveal talking about nothing but games when the XB1 was revealed. They spent over 90% of that reveal not showing anything game related. Don't come and make it look like its the same thing now.
  • So sony spent more time talking about "other things instead of showing games" Not only does the fact that they had the longest of the thre conferences cover that, it also happens to be that unlike MS, sony is actively supporting multiple platforms so obviously they have more to talk about. And you know what they were talking about for those 50mins? Playstation now, morpheus, PSN, playstation tv and the vita. See?
  • Most importantly, playstion and ms spent more time talking about games than the entire nintendo conference. That should tell you a looooot. Especially if a lot of people are happy with nintendo's showing.

If it's true that the Treehouse event wasn't counted in the chart then it should be redone because Nintendo's treehouse event was apart of their overall E3 presentation. It would be interesting to see the chart with that event added in

I feel sorry for the person who sits through that entire thing to take statistics.

Not to mention they'd have to do the same with this:

and i could go on because there are dozens more https://www.youtube.com/user/PlayStation/videos?shelf_id=2&view=0&sort=dd

I find this to be the fast becoming the stereotypical problem with some nintendo fans. Honestly its like some of them live in a bubble. They go to youtube, subscribe to nintendos channel.... and just some how conclude that nintendo were the only ones doing something like that and then all we hear is treehouse this and treehouse that. Whereas sony and the media at large were doing the same thing... and had their own channels to that could be subscribed to.

Also, nobody notice that Nintendo didn't show any indie game? Outside the conference they had a video with over 30 games so that's that... Also Devil's Third isn't counting, neither both Miyamoto's project and StarFox and also Sonic and Just Dance aren't there... Oh and S.T.E.A.M and Mario Party 10! I think that's it!

Intresting indeed. Can we finally declare a winner? It all about the games, right?

The game types and exclusivity charts are the most interesting one's.
MS and Sony have too many shooters although MS has had this problem for a long time.

Sony showed the most exclusive games and I can't believe Nintendo only showed 12 since it felt like more. MS showed the least which is not good.

Overall Nintendo was the most impressive in all categories if you ignore the fact that they showed the least amount of games. Good job Nintendo!

MS showed the most exclusive games which I didn't think was the case, and I can't believe Nintendo only showed 12 since it felt like more.

Sigh..... why would you do that then praise them? what kinda strange logic is that?

  • Sony, 42 games. 50% shooters (21games) and 50% other (21games)
  • MS, 39 games. 44% shooters (17games) and 56% other (22games)
  • Nintendo 12 games. 17% shooters...... I am not even gonna bother.
The other category of either sony or ms ALONE are more games than nintendo showed it total. IN TOTAL. Yet they were the most impressive in all categories? whats wrong with some people???????

interesting chart!
So, more shooting for sony than for MS...
Seems something has changed.

You're forgetting that 42 of Sony's and 39 of Microsoft's games include multiplats. If you only look at the exclusives, then Sony has 15 and Microsoft has 10.

All that means is they spent more time showiung games but had a larger con so it isnt reflected in the percentage. They just had more stuff to go over than MS did.
