Isn't going by LTD a bad thing since the PS4 surpassed the Wii U in a short amount of time and the X1 is currently hot on its trail too? :/

It seems you are focusing on the week of MK8 release... any other week X1 was selling more than WiiU so they were closing the gap, and probably they will keep closing it slowly. Maybe 1-1.5M difference on the end year between them.


True, but neither of them were selling well. Actually going back on the charts a month to the 26th of April--well before any of this--the X1 was selling 50K a week and the Wii U 30K. By comparison, the PS4 sold 130K and the 3DS 110K. So yes, the X1 was selling more, but both consoles had essentially flat-lined.

What's going to happen after E3 is anyone's guess, but I think the Wii U will preserve inertia well. It already costs less and has a 90% exclusives library coming up. Most new X1 sales, however, are likely to be siphoned off the PS4, and when the PS4 has the inertia, even in the North American market, that's not going to work too well. Even at E3, the X1 came across as struggling to not get left behind. I think the PS4 will largely preserve it's inertia at the expense of the X1, not the Wii U.

The PS3 was a vastly more powerful console than the 6.5 gen Wii just as PS4 is a vastly more powerful console than the 7.5 gen Wii U.  And the PS3 had dramatically better games than Wii.  Just in this decade alone "Journey" and "The Last of Us" won Overall Game of the Year honors and in 2010 "Uncharted II" won Overall Game of the Year.  When was the last time a Nintendo game did that?  1991?  Lastly, "The Last Guardian" is still on its way.  The end.

The WiiU has the best games at this time and it will be that way for a while so I think its only a matter of time before people start to realize that this gen the WiiU is the most fun console.

Doesn't stop Ninty from having Mature games. I guess "must have" is negotiable, but when the two biggest XBone titles are Destiny and Scalebound (which are also 2 new IP's) I still think Nintendo is giving the fans something equivalent. (Or in my eyes better, which is yet again opinion.)

i didnt say they didnt. Destiny; nothing Ninty has coming out for the rest of the year is bigger than Destiny. Thats not negotiable im simply looking at the preorders. Destiny is the biggest thing coming and its not on the Wii U. So they are not really giving anything equivalent. Hell what FPS is coming to Wii u? that would be equivalent.

How it looks now, at least for me, is that, to paraphrase you, almost every bad Nintendo news thread you go to, there is at least one person hating on Sony, and it's usually the same person.

I am not hating on Sony. I am hating on people who refuse to use reason and let their emotions dictate their opinions on the opposite company.

When I post in a Sony thread, I don't do that.

For example, some guy posted the other day that Sony did a good move by planning to release games for all genres during the holidays. I made a positive comments saying that it is for sure a good move. That shows that I'm not a hater.

So I'm not hating on Sony, I'm really hating on some of their fans at this point whom I really can't stand anymore.

But if you think your way is better, then I will try it. For instance, I can go in the type-0 thread and ask "Yo Oniyide, yo Captain_tom where you at?"

im right here. whats your point?Im not in the Type   thread because frankly I dont care. I NEVER expected it to come to Vita. Hell i never expected it to release at all in the west. Now that its coming to PS4 (a system i plan on getting anyway) im quite satisfied thank you very much. Explain the double standards in that?

funny thing is most people asking for these guys to step down are Ninty and xbox fans. So...yeah.
