XboX worldwide kinda is America, and you guys need to learn how hyperboles work  on these forums (hint the first part of this sentence was one), realy.

Its actually 2 full remasters, 2 HD ports, over 100 multiplayer maps with all DLC, Halo digital feature and a Halo 5 month long beta. For $60 its the best deal this year.

Also I dont get the love for Betas, hey Im getting to pay money to test the game for the devs, awesome Im gona play a buggy version of it and get to not keep any progress I make and I should be happy about it... its kind of an inversion of values, devs are making deals for Beta when they should be asking us to play it cause betas are test versions, were even "getting deals for alphas" now.

 

It is an excelent deal, but it is still HD ports of old FPS games.

Its not really a HD port. Its more of  a remaster. Having dedicated servers + 60fps + all the DLC+ Halo 1 multiplayer for the first time on console is not a HD port.

Also, halo beta's are usually been smooth.  Its more about balancing than fixing bugs.

 

Calling people tasteless for buying the MCC collection is incredibly naive.

Im not calling them tasteless for buying it, Im calling them tasteless for buying it in droves over everything else, wich is what the OP is sugestting basically.

Most betas are to test servers. Halo 5s beta is actually to make the game better. Since it wont come out until fall 2015 343 can actually take our feedback and put it into Halo 5 multiplayer. I see that you dont like the fact that this fan service is coming out but you dont have to insult those fans for wanting it.
