Side View Mario, that newish one on DS is my favourite, it's the closest thing to the greatness that is SMB3.

mine is definitely the 3-d mario. mainly because of mario 64 and galaxy, sunshine wasnt that great.

the nintendo wii will outsell the ps3 and the 360 combined by the end of 2008.

PS3 will out sell the 360 june 2010.

GOTY of 2008 is super smash brothers brawl.... hopefully.

Don't forget the music, story, bosses, battle system, characters, etc.

No one ignores the rest of the game's brilliance, now do they?!!

I seriously would've have stopped playing Super Paper Mario after an hour were it not for the dialogue. That game is such a disgrace...

I would have to say 2d-platformer mario. All though I've played the 3d Mario games equally much it was games like SMB3 and SMW that got me into gaming.
I haven't played Paper Mario that much, only a couple of hours on the GC-version and Super Paper Mario. But I have to check in on them some time.

Bob Hoskins Mario in the Movie... .... wait no thats not right.

2D Mario mainly because of Mario World, Mario 3, New Mario Bros, Mario 1 2 and 3 but not so much due to Time Machine or Missing.
