He cares about gaming, reguraly talks to his fans on twitter, even praises the competition. Most people seems to love him, and he has yet to say anything stupid to make himself look bad.

He's not bad but lost all his cred when last year he turned into a marketing machine, with the kinect always on, DRM and other stuff. He as much as anyone was challenging the naysayers and turned the cheek when 180 happened. So no not the most likable, but he does have a cocky likableness to him
