Exce gameplay, ]great new hacking mechanick, full of content, seamless Multiplayer...Not hard to figure out. The detail in nthe city is amazing, from conversations, street bums, people visiting graves in city grave nyards..etc Oprions....In GTA there is only 1 way to complete most missins, in WD? I can go stealth, use the environment, go guns ablazing etc.. Gives you a choice at every turn...... Word of mouth has been outstanding, a few holier then thou geeks online won;t change the fact that people love watch dogs.

Very true.. And that drinking game tho..my god by far the most difficult part of the game hands down. There were times in pawnee at atound level 6 where I felt like I was being trolled by the devs. Was a great challenge tho, seemed excessive for the reward and seemed to require more skill than anything else in the game.

the detail and conversations are utterly terrible.  i have heard the same conversations 50+ times,  all of them, i havent heard a new conversation in days.  the city has glitches and problems everywhere.   Hacking is repetitive and useless except when its forced upon you.  some of the mechanics are terrible, youll be looking directly at something and hit square(while the hack icon is there) and it ill have something else.   there are times when you get the icon, and it dissapears, and you have to move around trying to get it to repear, the hacking has so many problems with it.   The AI for pedestrians and enemies are crap. especially pedestrians.  I have had200+ run into the side of my car. I had one who didnt stop running from one side of my bumper to the other trying to get hit, even with me honking.  I have them yell "we hae roads for a reason"  while im on the fucking road. If they are calling the cops, all you have to do is scare them for them to stop.  the cops cant do anything to you once your in a boat.  at any point if you have 4-5 stars, just hop in a boat.   There is no hip fire at all.   They give you the option to get a car anytime you want,  except during a mission.  Understandable, but if you show up to a mission with a car, you loose that car the second you have to redo anything, if you die or wanna restart.   so if you want the car again you have to go all the way out.   The story is utterly terrible, with non-likeable characters and unbelieveable dialoge. especially the interactions between aiden and his sister. oh by the way, Hes batman.  at one point, during the non-skippable cut scenes where it pans over people appearing and you cant control,  it had an enemy spawn next to me and kill me before i had control again.

yea right now one of the largest thread on the ubisoft forums is bitching about that trophy.  Even if you are really good at it, it takes over an hour.  and if you suck and need practice, with all the crap inbetween you only get to practice the one you failed for like 20 seconds every 5 minutes lol    such an annoying trophy, ill probably only 98% this game lol

This is one of biggest piles ofhyperbolic BS i have ever seen, same 50 conversations? I've seen them duplicated ince mnaybe twice in 20 + houts, Ai is bad? Compared to what? It's a lot bettrer then GTA's, sorry but you are taking every tiny nit pick, making it sound 1000 times worse to try and make your point, not taking anything uyou say seriiusly, you clearly have an agenda against this game.  Anyone can make up a post like this about any game ever made, sad.

odd that reviews, myself or no one else I know who is playing have any issues like you describe wityh the AI, they don;t do or act like that for me, wonder why? Someone has an agenda.

Same conversations, 50 times..  If you couldnt understand that i wonder how much else went right over your head.  and yes the ai is better in GTA.   Lots of little things detracted from what was billed as "a true next-gen experience"   i said it was a good game,  but to say very good is a stretch.  it needs lots of work.   Im done with you.

Did i miss something? When did he compare it to real life? I would compare it to other open world games like itself. In that case it introduces some new and interesting ideas, but is ultimately lacking. I'm sure the sequel will be better but in all honesty this game has some serious kinks to work out in game play. i was super hyped about all the new traffic things you could hack. It seemed interesting for literally 5 minutes and then I unlocked the uPlay stealth car with points from previous games and never really used em since. Aside from maybe the bridge. The car was so fast and hit so hard I didn't need anything else. I also found it annoying that a master hacker couldn't just create a script that auto hacked every hackable person within a radius to him. Instead ya have to look at every single person. The economy is pretty much an unbalanced joke. Bought everything after 10 minutes and then pretty much used none of it because the items unlocked from side tasks or the u100 or what ever its called that's dropped by heavys is 100x better than anything else. I literally used the Destroyer sniper like 90% of the game. Sometimes i would get bored tho and would alternate between two top pistols from time to time just because they looked cool and the enemy Ai was frankly underwhelming. I'm also really surprised they didn't do anything with drones or actually let you hack cars computers. There is always next time tho. This was an alright first step and introduced some cool concepts. 

What would be really cool imo is if Ubisoft took a bunch of their characters like splinter cell, Assassins creed, far cry, watch dogs, maybe even the crew. I'm sure there are more but it would be cool if they made a game where they were all in the same universe set in a modern time period and did like "league of extraordinary gentlemen" kind of thing. Something like smash brothers but an action game or rpg/ shooter with cool puzzles open world cities and climbing n shit.
