The only note-worthy member who left was Amy Hennig really. Yeah, the director of U3 left too and, I love U3, but U2/TLOU directors are just better. And they're still there, so I'm not worried at all.

dont take it the wrong way im not trying to downplay the Hype for this game (i love naughty dog), but i just had my doubts about how the layoffs would affect the quality of their future products...  i hope you are right and they are the awesome studio they have been for the last years.

Tbh, I don't want a new IP yet.
I want them to make a TLoU 2 and I'm almost sure they will make it.
TLoU 1 was fantastic but I bet they can make a lot of improvements on the gameplay.With more types of enemies, better AI and anything else they can think of.Not that the original gameplay was bad...I thought it was Very good.
And also they could always make the multiplayer a lot richer, it was fantastic but it just lacked some modes and unlockables.
Also...I would love to see them add some coop multiplayer and splitscreen.
I confident they'll make another one.

Why? We already have Nintendo for that. Let Naughty Dog do what they're good at. PS4 fans want that too.


What are you talking about? Every other western developer and their mother makes "cinematic action games with guns" these days. All I'm saying is that their original Crash Bandicoot and Jak work was fantastic. I'd like to see something closer to THAT, than just more of this Uncharted/TLUS stuff. PS4 is going to have plenty of shooters (1st and 3rd person), and Uncharted 4 is all but confirmed anyway. So why NOT have a new Jak game (more along the lines of the first, NOT the second and third games), or something totally new, but more along those lines? I think that would be something different to flesh out the PS4's catalog, don't you?

Dude.....Uncharted 4 is coming. It was just pushed back to 2015 for its release. Its the other branch of Naughty Dog that is making a new game.

Well, right, then like I was saying to him, why can't their other game be something more along the lines of Crash or Jak then? I just would prefer to see something in that vein from them, is all. It's been awhile.
