FANGASM
These mega evolutions all look very good. I'm glad none of the starters got the design shaft like venusaur.
All the human redesigns look great.
Also, the covers of the games appear to be groudon and kyogre entering their mega forms.

You clearly don't know what "remake" means in Pokemon land. Or maybe you do, in which case no. This is not even close to the exact same game. It's a redo based off the consept of an older game.

Gold/Silver was a great game that they managed to get you to pay for again, even though you already own it.
Mega Swampert is amazing, but i'm really digging both the new megas and the new formes of Kyogre and Goudron.
My only question is: Mega Deoxys, yes or no?

Yeap, pokemon is probably the best remakes in terms of new content and isnt just a port like many others. HG/SS proved that and so did FR/LG. OR/AS already is proving it with just this first update that its not exactly a remake :)

I consider X/Y to be the exact same game as B/W, B/W 2, D/P/P, R/S/E, HG/SS, FR/LG and G/S/C.
You have eight gyms, you have an Elite Four, you start in a smaller town with a Pokemon Professor named after a tree, you go along a series of routes battling individual trainers with Pokemon you caught. the story is about a "rival" and a "Team", you beat a Champion and then the credits roll.
And you spend $40 every two years to get this with all the names and half of the sprites swapped out. And you get hyped when it's announced that - WOW - some game element looks SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT TO BEFORE.

So "Mega Sceptile" = not the same game? Is it that easy to fool you?

With loads of new content and all the new Pokémon... Plus better graphics. I'd buy all Metroid Prime games again if they remade them on Wii U...
